Continuous improvements within Jaxbird
On October 21, Jaxbird conducted an internal education in continuous improvements/lean. The course leader was Dag Lotsander. During the day, we learnt the first lean philosophy, methods and tools. As a result of this education, Jaxbird has now chosen to implement lean in its strategy for business development.
