From June to September, Hans Cramnert conducted a change management at Inission in Munkfors.

The task was to manage a change in a reorganisation of the company’s drafting group. The group has now become a well-integrated and well-functioning drafting and support function within the production unit. The chosen strategy of the task was to provide the group’s collaborators the opportunity and support to develop the group’s way of working via a goal-oriented and coaching leadership, as per the lean method.

At the end of the assignment, the group had experienced a decreased level of stress, 34 improvements in their actual way of working were put into practice, the quality of the deliveries was improved, the delivery times for services were shortened, and customer satisfaction improved.
