Lean Education at the Municipality of Karlskoga
During November to December, Hans Cramnert and Dag Lotsander conducted two lean educations for Sustainable Management Development within the Municipality of Karlskoga. The management had previously introduced Lean as a development strategy, but now needed a new “lean injection” to develop further.
The education focused on Lean philosophy, methods and tools, as well as how “differences in a group enrich” the work. The education was greatly appreciated, with the customer rating us 4.8 on a scale of 1 to 5 for our conducting of the activity.
