Another Lean education for Jaco Maskinservice AB, now in Ekshärad
Jaco Maskinservice has once again chosen Hans Cramnert for an internal education into collaborator-driven, continuous incremental improvements – Lean. This time, personnel from the shop and warehouse will be educated.
Through lectures and exercises, the participants will gain knowledge of how an improvement, collaborator-driven way of working is performed according to Lean philosophy, methods and tools. Already during the first half day of the education, the group will conduct its first tangible improvement meeting.
The company’s aim with this effort is to create a collaborator-driven operation whose way of working, week after week, will become ever more customer-focused and efficient.
