The Civil Administration in the Municipality of Kumla has chosen Hans Cramnert and Dag Lotsander for an inspirational lecture about collaborator-driven, continuous incremental improvements – Lean.

Personnel from the administration’s management group and its support functions will be inspired. Through lectures, examples, discussions and exercises, the participants will gain knowledge of how an improvement, collaborator-driven way of working is performed according to Lean philosophy, methods and tools. An understanding of the group’s differences and using these differences to enrich the department’s activities are also part of the lecture. According to Lean philosophy, unused competence is similar to “waste”.
