The Civil Administration in the Municipality of Karlskoga has once again chosen Jaybird with Hans Cramnert and Dag Lotsander for an internal education into collaborator-driven, continuous incremental improvements –  Lean.

Personnel from The Civil  and Environmental Department will be educated this time. Through lectures, discussions and exercises, the participants will gain knowledge of how an improvement, collaborator-driven way of working is performed according to Lean philosophy, methods and tools.

Gaining an understanding of the group’s differences and using these differences to enrich the department’s activities are also part of the education. According to Lean philosophy, unused competence is similar to “waste”.
