The Civil Administration in the Municipality of Kumla has chosen Hans Cramnert and Dag Lotsander for an internal education into collaborator-driven, continuous incremental improvements – Lean. Personnel from the departments within Building Permits, Planning, Water and Wastewater, Environment, Land Development, Traffic, and various management groups will be educated.

Through lectures, discussions, exercises and coaching, the participants will gain knowledge and experience of how an improvement, collaborator-driven way of working is performed according to Lean philosophy, methods and tools. Gaining an understanding of the group’s differences and how these differences can be utilised to enrich the activities are also part of the education. According to Lean philosophy, unused competence is similar to “waste”.
