Continuous improvements within the Municipality of Kumla
Jaxbird AB has completed the basic education of 180 urban management employees in Lean philosophy, methods and tools. This education is included as a stage in the administrations efforts to become a more collaborator-driven operation, where each group takes responsibility for the operation to become more effective.
Until the turn of the year, Jaxbird will provide personnel with support to introduce improvement meetings in their workday, according to Leans philosophy, methods and tools.
