Certified in lean
Hans Cramnert is now a certified lean consultant with regards to supporting organisations with collaborator-driven, continuous improvements, so-called Lean. This includes knowledge in Lean philosophy, methods and tools. Hans fulfils even the knowledge requirements of all factors surrounding the processes to implement Lean. This means knowledge of all criteria and setup for a pilot project.
