Lean education for Flexit AS
Flexit AS in Örje, Norway has chosen Jaxbird AB for an internal education into collaborator-driven, continuous incremental improvements – Lean. The 25 people from the company’s planning department will be educated.
The aim of the education is to create a greater agreement concerning working processes and how they should be developed. Through lectures, discussions, exercises and daily coaching, the participants will gain knowledge and experience of how a collaborator-driven, improvement way of working should be conducted according to Lean’s philosophy, methods and tools.
An understanding of each other’s differences and how the group can benefit from these differences to further develop these activities are also part of the education.
